In reviewing the budget, one of the primary
costs was for outsourcing network maintenance - servers, LAN, communications and Email
services. A change of direction was proposed, and agreed to by management, to hire a
full time network engineer to provide these services. This was accomplished at less
cost, while providing a consistent level of support to the end user community for Email,
sharing business data and applications. |
