Approach
|
Evaluation team consisted of both managers and
staff drawn from the company's HR function. Representatives from Headquarters and
Site locations included. An executive "champion" was assigned to resolve
issues in the senior ranks, unclog bottlenecks, etc. Teams developed matrices of
required functionality that were used in the initial evaluation, review of vendor
proposals, and subsequent product demos. A finalist and runner-up software vendor
were selected and due diligence conducted. |
